Erie Brewery Company underwent a $3.5 million dollar new construction in Harborcreek Township. The 20,000-square-foot building at Station Road and Knowledge Parkway, near Interstate 90, now houses the company’s brewery, brewpub, and John’s Wildwood Pizzeria. Wm. T. Spaeder has a lot of time indulged into the project. Beginning with a complete design of piping layout that included our experienced design and BIM team. Spaeder then went into the build of the piping, performing process piping services, plumbing and sanitary services, and installing all new HVAC units.
