Project Summary

Partnership with e2comply to provide travelling mechanical installation of exhaust stacks and air quality emissions control equipment on emergency backup generators at hospitals, datacenters, and other power critical facilities.

Project Scope

3D Scanning of existing backup generator engines and exhaust systems.
Installation of a variety of components including: catalyst units, silencers, exhaust stack extensions, and support structures.
Minimal down time during installation keeps facilities online, operational, and in compliance with emissions regulations.
Union pipefitter foreman travel to jobsites and coordinate and supervise pipefitters from local union halls.
Crews travel beyond Spaeder’s traditional work coverage area to East Coast locations such as Boston, Providence, and New York City.
Uses a Truck and Trailer setup with all tools, welding machine, materials, and safety equipment needed to execute remote projects.
Our experienced crews have the know-how and equipment on-hand to adapt to unforeseen challenges while onsite.
Job durations range from 1 day “quick” hits to multi-week installations.
