HVAC and fire protection for third floor renovation of Citizens Bank building in downtown Erie. Full design build for all trades.
In the video, we discuss a little about the design-build process for a third-floor office space renovation at Citizen’s Bank in Erie, PA. We were contracted to complete the HVAC and Fire Protection. One of the key challenges of this project was the short time frame. A project like this would normally take two to three months. In this instance, we only had a few weeks. Because we were doing both the design and construction work, we were able to efficiently execute our scope in the allotted time. Software tools like Revizto allowed us to effectively communicate with our own teams as well as the other trades on the job. We love design-build because it allows us to use our full roster of capabilities as well as control the quality of the work from when the project begins all the way to final completion and preventative maintenance. The newly renovated space will be used by the Erie Chamber of Commerce.
