Candlewood Suites | Commercial Plumbing

Project Description

The new Candlewood Suites location in Springfield Township, Pa. caters to guests in their own distinct way. This Candlewood Suites Hotel was an expansive commercial construction project. Their company is committed to delivering “true hospitality for everyone,” providing guests with a proper travel environment for business, fun with friends and family, or pure luxury. Wm. T Spaeder prides itself on providing the highest quality of commercial water and wastewater construction services. Our company provided commercial plumbing fixtures, site storm and sanitary installations, above ground waste vents, and domesticated water installations.

With 35 years of experience under our belt designing, installing, and maintaining water and wastewater treatment systems, Wm. T. Spaeder knows our mechanical and construction expertise is what allows us to perform the heavy structural builds needed for your project. We are one of a small number of piping contractors in northwestern Pennsylvania capable of building systems of all sizes. Additionally, our wastewater piping is fabricated in-house, allowing us to complete complex installations and retrofits.
