We are pleased to announce that Kevin T. Hedges, P.E. has assumed the role of Special Projects Group Manager. This is a new position within Spaeder where Kevin will be utilizing his expertise to expand our presence in non-standard project markets that compliment Spaeder’s historical strengths. These markets may include: engineered fabrication, equipment skid and pipe rack fabrication, pipe fabrication, and specialized construction/fabrication opportunities across a variety of markets and geographical regions. Kevin will continue to report to Jeff Holloway, Operations Manager.
Mike also has an extensive background in project coaching, exceeding customer expectations, behavior-based interviewing, and diversity. His time at Wm. T. Spaeder began in 2013 where, among many achievements, he established standardized safety protocols which have decreased recordable injuries by 50%. Mike has also been instrumental in creating a strategic action plan to retain talent and attract new clients.
