We are currently hiring for a Service Plumbing Coordinator.

Service Plumbing Coordinator Job Summary

The Service Plumbing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Plumbing function of the Service Department through collaboration with the Service Plumbing Supervisor and the overall company.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Plumbing Supervisor
  • Field Technicians


  • Manage service Plumbing Supervisor and field technicians including owning the overall
    process for company asset inspections, personal development, and employee relations.
  • Perform system analysis for the customers to provide an accurate quote for services.
  • Assign project work in collaboration with Plumbing Supervisor and the overall Service
  • Assist with company sales and the establishment of PM contracts in support of the Service Sales Technician.
  • Conduct apprentice evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Preconstruction for quoting and bidding and assign responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operations for contract work and supplemental service requests.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook).
  • Respected by peers and customers for their advanced industry knowledge.
  • Ability to pass background checks & gain access to all customer facilities.

Education and Experience

  • Required: 5+ years of Plumbing experience and supervisory experience OR an associate degree in business or management.
  • Preferred: experience with plumbing

FLSA Classification

Exempt, salaried

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to access customer sites in varying environments with exposure to the elements and uneven surfaces frequently.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Ability to utilize ladders while on sites.
  • Standard work hours: 7:00-3:30pm, Monday-Friday.
